This genuine DOT® Lift the Dot socket and backing plate with long prongs is designed for installing Lift the Dot fasteners into thicker fabrics such as marine canvas, layered materials and upholstery.

The longer prongs allow the socket to securely grip heavier materials while still creating a strong attachment point that locks onto Lift the Dot studs.

Lift the Dot fasteners feature a directional locking design that only releases when lifted from the side marked "Lift the Dot", helping prevent accidental opening in wind or under tension.
