We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase

We will then provide instructions for returning your item.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or installed items
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 working days for the refund to appear

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider (processing delays are common)
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked service for items over £25
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and we will resolve the issue quickly, including covering return postage where applicable.
