LOXX® Fasteners Fitting Guide

LOXX® fasteners are a premium German-made locking fastener system designed for marine, automotive, motorcycle, leatherworking and industrial applications.

Unlike traditional snap fasteners, LOXX® fasteners automatically lock when pushed onto the stud and can only be released by pulling the cap. This makes them one of the most secure and reliable fastening systems available.

What Are LOXX® Fasteners?

LOXX® fasteners were originally developed in Germany and are trusted worldwide for applications where security and reliability are essential.

The spring-loaded locking mechanism automatically locks onto the stud when pressed into place. To release, simply pull the top cap. This unique design prevents accidental opening caused by vibration, movement or tension.

How to Fit LOXX® Fasteners

1. Mark the Position

Position your cover, canopy or fabric correctly and mark where each fastener is required.

2. Create the Hole

Punch or cut a clean hole in the material according to the size required for your LOXX® top.

3. Fit the LOXX® Top

Insert the LOXX® top through the material and secure it using the backing washer supplied.

4. Install the Stud

Fit the screw stud or machine-thread stud to the boat, canopy frame, vehicle body or mounting surface using the LOXX® installation key.

5. Test the Fastener

Push the LOXX® top onto the stud. It will automatically lock into position. To release, simply pull the cap upwards.
